Approved commercial accounts are billed on standard net terms, laid out in your signed service agreement before your first pickup. Rates are based on your account’s volume and service tier, confirmed in writing during onboarding — never a surprise on your first invoice.
Every commercial account gets a dedicated contact for scheduling changes, special requests, and billing questions — plus a clear turnaround window agreed to before you sign, so you know exactly when your order comes back.
*Please note: We’re pre-launch, so exact net-terms length, invoicing cadence, and accepted payment methods are being finalized alongside our first commercial accounts.
