We're finalizing pricing alongside our first Hub build-out. Waitlist members get exact founding-member pricing by email before it's shared anywhere else — see Pricing for the plan structure.

FAQs Archive - Sandbar Laundry Co

Q: What makes Sandbar different from a laundromat?

You never have to sort, wash, dry, or fold anything yourself, and you don't need to schedule around anyone else's timeline. Drop off, get notified, pick up — that's the whole experience.

Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes — plans are designed to be paused or canceled anytime, with no long-term contract.

Q: Do you offer a military, veteran, or first responder discount?

Yes — Jacksonville is home to a lot of military and first responder families, and we're building a standing discount for exactly that community, from a veteran-owned company.

Q: How do I drop off and pick up my laundry?

You'll get a reusable Sandbar bag to use every cycle. Drop it at your neighborhood Hub whenever it's convenient, and we'll text you when your clean, folded laundry is ready to pick up — see our How It Works page for the full walkthrough.

Q: Where will Sandbar operate?

Our first Hub and wash facility will be based in Onslow County. We plan to add more neighborhood Hubs as demand grows.

Q: Is Sandbar Laundry Co. open yet?

Not yet — we're in pre-launch and building our first Hub in Jacksonville, NC. Joining the waitlist is the best way to know the moment we open.
